Because of the unobserved sudden fatigue failure of the large-scale and heavyburden supporting shafts, the normal product line is affected seriously. Based on analyzing the relation ship between this type of supporting shafts construction characteristics and vibration signal characteristic, the model of the vibration signal is established by the method of time series.Residual () and normal residue square sum (NRSS) are adopted to identify the fault state, and the degree of supporting shafts' fatigue crack is diagnosed effectively. The result of experiment shows that the method of time series using and NRSS as the index to diagnose the fatigue crack of large-scale and heavyburden supporting shafts is more sensitive and effective than the normal method using time-frequency domain of amplitude, and has very strong practicability.

First of all, it is necessary carried out comprehensive national land planning and individual design from the high plane of harmonious sustainable development between man's production and natural environment.
The essence of cities at present should be an environment for human settlement and living. The relation between urbanization process and natural environment is neither to diametrically oppose nor to damage each other. The image of the city is not only buildings and streets but also a mix of cities, architecture and natural environment, i.e.an artificial beauty merging into nature. Man's bright future will be to put cities and buildings into green environment.
The most important thing for construction of scenic and historical places and city parks and gardens is now to protect the natural resources of the site. It is wrong to follow limelight from others. Each city should creates its own feature from local natural environment and cultural tradition.
Elegant landscape will mature slowly. Great thing always gets a late prosperous termination of an affair.

The reliability-based design optimization, the reliability sensitivity analysis and robust design method are employed to present a practical and effective approach for reliability-based robust design optimization of vehicle components. A procedure for reliability-based robust design optimization of vehicle components is proposed. Application of the method is illustrated by reliability-based robust design optimization of axle and spring. Numerical results have shown that the proposed method can be trusted to perform reliability-based robust design optimization of vehicle components.
